COVID-19 Public Transparency
The COVID-19 Oversight website, developed by the Governor’s Disaster Recovery Office (GDRO), details the State’s expenditure of COVID-19 recovery funds. The website provides information on COVID-19 recovery funds administered by State agencies and lists the programs created through these funds for the benefit of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ’s residents, businesses, and communities. It also includes copies of the COVID-19 Recovery Contracts, Integrity Monitor reports, and other resources.

COVID-19 Recovery Contracts
OSC reviews potential procurements valued at $150,000 or more by state departments, agencies, and independent state authorities that receive COVID-19 Recovery Funds or administer a COVID-19 Recovery Program to ensure that they comply with applicable public contracting laws, rules, and regulations. The contracts are available for public review .
COVID-19 Integrity Monitor Reports
Certain state agencies, departments, and authorities that receive federal COVID-19 recovery funds must retain Integrity Monitors to ensure funds are used appropriately. OSC oversees the Integrity Monitors, and they report on a quarterly basis. Those reports are available for public review .
COVID-19 Federal Funds Tracker
Provides the central point of information on COVID-19 federal fund allocations, programs, awards, and expenditures by federal awarding agency, state department, and state program. The tracker is available for public review .
