The Isolated Confinement and Restriction Act reports are the result of a legislative mandate instituted by P.L. 2019, c.160, (30:4-82.11) and detail the use of housing statuses as defined under the Isolated Confinement and Restriction Act (ICRA) in ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Corrections facilities during the specified period. Reports are published quarterly and separated by fiscal year as indicated below.
