Site Improvement Advisory Board
The Site Improvement Advisory Board is a regulatory board that takes action on regulations that govern residential development in ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ.
There are 12 members, each of whom holds a designated seat, as follows: professional planner for a governmental entity; professional planner in private practice; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Society of Professional Engineers; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Society of Municipal Engineers; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ State Association of County Engineers; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Planning Officials; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Council on Affordable Housing; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Builders Association; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Institute of Technology; ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ League of Municipalities; Commissioner of Community Affairs (ex officio); and Director, Division of Codes and Standards (ex officio). The terms are four years; the membership list follows:
