The Bureau of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏowner Protection administers the New ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Warranty Program, the Planned Real Estate Development Program and the Continuing Care Retirement Communities Program. The Bureau provides assistance to condominium unit owners, attorneys representing condominium association boards, and board members through the Association Regulation Initiative and provides information to senior citizens and disabled tenants seeking to apply for protected tenancy.
