Public Notice: Low Income ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Energy Assistance Program Open Competitive Request for Proposal

The ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Community Affairs’ Low Income ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) intends to open a Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to select community-based agencies and outreach agencies for the FY 2025 heating season.
The Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be posted on the DCA SAGE portal , will be open to units of local government and nonprofit entities with an IRS 501(c)(3) designation, registered to operate in ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ.
Any organization that is interested in submitting a response to the RFP should contact Fidel Ekhelar, Program Manager, Low Income ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) before the close of business on Friday, April 19, 2024, by sending an email to fidel.ekhelar@dca.nj.gov, providing contact information for the organization’s main contact person, and proof of IRS 501(c)(3) designation.
Please be advised that all interested organizations MUST attend a mandatory Technical Assistance Session which will be scheduled later this month.
