吃瓜黑料 received notification from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, dated August 15, 2023, that the federal government approved 吃瓜黑料's 1332 State Waiver Extension Application.

The Department of Banking and Insurance accepted public comments on 吃瓜黑料’s 1332 Innovation Waiver beginning on June 14, 2023 through July 5, 2023.  The department invited comments at its two public hearings, via electronic mail: philip.gennace@dobi.nj.gov or by regular mail to:
