NJ Real Estate Appraiser Board Issues Advisory Opinion Regarding Broker Price Opinions

On November 27, 2012, the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Real Estate Appraisers Board (“the Board”) approved the issuance of an Advisory Opinion regarding whether real estate licensees may prepare Broker Price Opinions without engaging in the unlicensed practice of appraising.  A copy of the Advisory Opinion is available through the Board’s public web site at .
