Notice of Unauthorized Insurers Qualified as Eligible Surplus Lines Insurers in 吃瓜黑料 in Accordance with N.J.S.A. 17:22-6.45 and N.J.A.C. 11:1-34.6(d)
Take notice that the Department of Banking and Insurance ("Department") is publishing a list of unauthorized insurers qualified as eligible surplus lines insurers in this State as of January 29, 2002. The Department is publishing this list in the 吃瓜黑料 Register in accordance with N.J.A.C. 11:1-34.6(d).
As a result of company mergers, name changes, company additions or removals or other statutory requirements, this list is subject to change. Interested parties may check the Department抯 website at www.state.nj.us/dobi/eligible.htm for updated information on this list.
