³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Health Proposes New Rules Establishing Standards for Licensure of Adult Family Caregivers and Sponsor Agencies at N.J.A.C. 8:43B
TRENTON – The ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Health has proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 8:43B establishing “Standards for Licensure of Adult Family Caregivers and Sponsor Agencies.”
The proposed new rules would implement the Department’s rulemaking responsibilities pursuant to the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Adult Family Care Act, codified at N.J.S.A. 26:2Y-1, et seq., by establishing application forms and fees for licensure of adult family care sponsor agencies and adult family care caregivers to provide adult family care home services; adult family care home inspection fees; minimum standards to ensure the health, safety and well-being of adult family care home clients; and penalties for violations.
