NJDOH Proposes to Readopt the Specially Adopted Amendments and New Rules: N.J.A.C. 8:36-1.3 and 13A, 8:37-1.2 and 10, 8:39-1.2 and 39A, and 8:43-1.3 and 17, Governing the Prevention of Social Isolation of Long-Term Care Facility Residents

On September 21, 2023, the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Health (Department) specially adopted amendments and new rules at N.J.A.C. 8:36-1.3 and 13A, 8:37-1.2 and 10, 8:39-1.2 and 39A, and 8:43-1.3 and 17, governing the prevention of social isolation of long-term care facility residents.  The Department is proposing to readopt the specially adopted amendments and new rules.

The Notice of Proposal appears in the October 21, 2024, issue of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register.  Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must submit written comments either electronically by December 20, 2024, to nj.gov/health/legal/rules/notice-of-rule-proposals/ecomments.shtml or by regular mail postmarked on or before December 20, 2024, to Kimberly E.
