Notice of public hearing and comment period extension
Take notice that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14B-4(a)(3), the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL) is providing an additional 30-day period for the submission of comments regarding the proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 12:11. The Notice of Proposal was published in the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register on May 5, 2025. See 57 N.J.R. 894(a). The original 60-day comment period is scheduled to end on July 4, 2025. With the 30-day extension, the comment period will now end on August 6, 2025.
Take notice that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14B-4(a)(3), a public hearing on the proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 12:11 will be held on the following date at the following location:

As indicated in the May 5, 2025 Notice of Proposal, written comments may also be submitted to david.fish@dol.nj.gov no later than 11:59 p.m. on August 6, 2025.
