The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt with amendments N.J.A.C. 16:53, entitled Regulatory Affairs (Commercial Passenger Transportation). The proposal includes amendments to regulations concerning the Zone of Rate Freedom.
The proposed amendments are published in the April 17, 2017 issue of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register. Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. The public has until June 16, 2017 to submit comments with regard to this regulatory proposal. Written
