Proposed new rule entitled Entity Identification Number at N.J.A.C. 13:21-25

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed a new rule entitled Entity Identification Number at N.J.A.C. 13:21-25.  The proposal new regulation established procedural requirements for the issuance of an Entity Identification Number.

The proposed new rule is published in the April 17, 2017 issue of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
