Proposed amendments to its Persons With a Disability regulations, N.J.A.C. 13:20-9.1, 9.2, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, and 9.7 The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to its Persons With a Disability regulations, N.J.A.C. 13:20-9.1, 9.2, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, and 9.7. These regulations pertain to the procedure, issuance, and enforcement of Persons With a Disability parking privileges. The proposed amendments to the regulations require that the privileges expire every three years and renewal of the privileges upon recertification of a person’s medical condition from a qualified medical practitioner. The Motor Vehicle Commission's regulatory proposal was published in the June 3, 2013 issue of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register. Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.mvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor - East Wing, P.O.
