Proposed Rule Amendments -- Licensing Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed an amendment to its Licensing Service regulations to amend certain provisions regarding interpreter qualifications, interpreter availability for the oral law-knowledge test, securing of interpreters and payment, and the interpreter provisions for the road test.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the December 4, 2017 issue of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal and new rule may be obtained on the MVC website, . Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
