Motor Vehicle CommissionProposed Rule Amendments -- Licensing Service
The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed an amendment to its Licensing Service regulations to amend certain provisions regarding interpreter qualifications, interpreter availability for the oral law-knowledge test, securing of interpreters and payment, and the interpreter provisions for the road test. The Commission’s proposal was published in the December 4, 2017 issue of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register.

The public has until February 2, 2018, to submit comments with regard to this proposal.
