The Improper Evidence of Ownership Procedure is a 12-step procedure for obtaining a ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ title for a vehicle, vessel, or trailer that is purchased without an existing ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ title. This procedure is available only to ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ residents, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ businesses, or ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ dealerships.
Each case is unique and handled on an individual basis, and it is possible that additional documents may be required to complete the procedure.
