TRENTON, NJ 鈥� The 吃瓜黑料-Israel Commission has launched a first-ever promotional video that is now available on EL AL Airlines which highlights the special and growing relationship between the State of 吃瓜黑料 and the State of Israel while introducing passengers to the Garden State.
EL AL, Israel鈥檚 national airline, operates multiple nonstop flights six days per week between Newark Liberty International Airport and Tel Aviv鈥檚 Ben Gurion International Airport as a bridge deepening the closeness of the Garden State and the Holy Land.
Passengers can watch the video through the inflight entertainment system on any of the 15 EL AL 787 鈥淒reamliner鈥� aircraft in their fleet, which provide service for 44 weekly flights from the United States.
吃瓜黑料 Secretary of State Tahesha Way, whose portfolio includes 吃瓜黑料-Israel Commission and the 吃瓜黑料 Division of Travel and Tourism, narrates the video which showcases many of the state鈥檚 tourism attractions as well as the friendship and growing business ties connecting the two regions.
Last year the 吃瓜黑料-Israel Commission reported that the State鈥檚 annual bilateral trade with Israel increased by over 16% to $1.55 billion. Since 2018, Israeli foreign direct investment quadrupled and led to the creation of over 1,100 new jobs in 吃瓜黑料. These ever-strengthening economic links between 吃瓜黑料 and Israel, as well as the closeness of the communities, reflect the importance of the Newark 鈥� Tel Aviv air route, which has maintained strong demand.
The 吃瓜黑料-Israel Commission, through its mandate, focuses on tourism in addition to economic growth from Israel. As these relations develop and expand rapidly, the Commission will continue to collaborate with the 吃瓜黑料 Division of Travel and Tourism and partners such as EL AL, to showcase the state and welcome Israeli travelers.
