TRENTON, NJ - The public comment period is now open for the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cultural Trust’s proposed adoption of rules.
The ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cultural Trust is proposing to adopt new rules at N.J.A.C. 15:27-1 and amendments to rules at N.J.A.C. 15:27-2. The Cultural Trust’s rules provide organizational information about the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cultural Trust and set forth procedures for the designation of qualified organizations, the certification of donations to the endowments of qualified organizations, the distribution of matching funds to the endowments of eligible organizations, and the awarding of grants for endowments, capital facilities projects, and institutional and financial stabilization to qualified non-profit organizations in accordance with the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cultural Trust Act.
A copy of the proposed new rules and rule amendments is attached. They appeared in the September 2, 2025 edition of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Register, and they can also be found on the Cultural Trust website at .
The period of public comment on the proposed rules will end on November 1, 2025.
