NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Copiers and Managed Print Services

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for copiers and managed print services.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the NASPO ValuePoint contract led by the Colorado in the March 2022 timeframe. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ compliance requirements and execute a ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Participating Addendum.

The NASPO ValuePoint contracts have a term of August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2022, with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional years.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
