Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for On-Demand Remote Interpreting (OPI and VRI) and Document Translation Services.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the NASPO contract led by New Mexico in the March 2020 timeframe. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award contracts to Vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ compliance requirements and execute a ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Participating Addendum.

The On-Demand Remote Interpreting (OPI and VRI) and Document Translation Services contract has a term of 11/4/2019 through 11/3/2021 with the option to extend for three (3) additional renewal periods of one (1) year each.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
