³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP) contract in May 2015 timeframe. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award a contract to Cardinal Health 110 LLC.

The MMCAP contract has a term of November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2016. The contract may be extended for up to an additional three (3) years.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note the comment period ends with the close of business on April 16, 2015.
