Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is potentially extending contracts based on the current WSCA Data Communications Equipment and Associated OEM Maintenance and Training contract with Utah. The lead state has granted a limited extension of the cooperative agreement until August 31, 2014.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
