NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE CONTRACT –
Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is investigating the possibility of entering into a publicly advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for a Job Order Contracting (JOC) system for bridge maintenance and preservation discipline projects, with subsequent development of additional appropriate contract services, to replace the existing State GSA-based contract for job order contracting services, G2015 – 14-r-23242, “Bridge Maintenance DOT,” which expires on August 31, 2017.

Under N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements. 

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
