Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Nutritional Formulas

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised multi-state cooperative purchasing agreement for NUTRITIONAL FORMULAS.

Under N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
