Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Rental Equipment

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised multi-state cooperative purchasing agreement for rental equipment.
Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
