NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
M0002 - Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) Supplies

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) Supplies.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the NASPO ValuePoint contract led by the State of Oregon in the July 2022 timeframe. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ compliance requirements and execute a ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Participating Addendum. 

Additional information, including the original Bid Solicitation, the Master Agreements, and executed Participating Addenda from all participating states is available .

The NASPO ValuePoint contract has a term of April 17, 2018 through June 20, 2023.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note the comment period ends with the close of business on July 5, 2022. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property’s Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
