The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD) is publishing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information on industry approaches and solutions to develop, operate, and support a modernized unemployment insurance (UI) benefits system. LWD seeks a solution that is extensible, configurable and will be cost-effective for development, operation, and support.

LWD is also interested in progressive approaches to operations and support, including the potential of public/private partnerships and innovative approaches to solution delivery.
