Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Data Communications Products and Services to replace the existing State contracts under term contract M-7000, which expire on August 31, 2014.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the Data Communications contract in September of 2014. The Data Communications Products & Services Cooperative contract has an original term of June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2019, with an option of a (2) two year extension period.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note that the comment period ends with the close of business on August 25, 2014.
