Special Notice: NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Facilities Maintenance and Repair & Operations (MRO), Industrial Supplies (MRO)
Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Facilities Maintenance and Repair & Operations (MRO), Industrial Supplies (MRO).
The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the NASPO ValuePoint contract led by the State of Oregon in the June 2024 timeframe. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ compliance requirements and execute a ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Participating Addendum.
The Bid Solicitation has been issued by the Lead State and is currently posted on its website.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative procurement agreements.
The comment period ends with the close of business on August 30, 2023. To ensure that your comments are received by the comment period end date, they must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property's Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
