Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Express Courier, Overnight Ground Delivery
Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Express Courier, Overnight Ground Delivery Service to replace existing State Contract # T-1428, MAILING SERVICES OVERNIGHT PARCEL DELIVERY, due to expire on September 13, 2012.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends joining the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) - Express Courier, Overnight Ground Delivery Service contract. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to award a contract to United Parcel Services, Inc. (UPS), Contract #: 121511-UPS. Under N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
The comment period ends with the close of business on September 5, 2012.
