NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Roadway Paving Equipment

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Roadway Paving Equipment, including, equipment, attachments, accessories, and related technology designed or primarily intended for use in the paving of road and highway surfaces.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract led by the State of Minnesota in the November/December 2023 timeframe. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ compliance requirements and execute a ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Participating Addendum.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative procurement agreements.

The comment period ends with the close of business on October 23, 2023. To ensure that your comments are received by the comment period end date, they must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property's Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
