NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Mechanical and Air Sweepers

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Mechanical and Air Sweepers.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract led by the State of Minnesota on or about the December 2024 timeframe. The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ compliance requirements and execute a ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Participating Addendum.

The Sourcewell contracts have an expiration date of 11/16/2025, with the option to extend up to one (1) additional one-year period.

The comment period ends with the close of business on October 28, 2024 at 4 p.m. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property’s Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
