Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Performance-Based and End-of-Year Assessments in English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics

Notice is hereby given that the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Performance-Based and End-of-Year assessments in English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics.

Information regarding the contract may be found on the State of New Mexico’s General Services Department website.

The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ anticipates joining the New Mexico contract in December of 2014.  The State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ expects to award a contract to NCS Pearson, Inc.

The New Mexico General Services Department contract has a term of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2018.  The contract may not exceed four (4) years, except as set forth in the State of New Mexico Procurement Statutes Section 13-1-150 NMSA 1978.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
