The 勛圖窪蹋 Real Estate Commission (REC), a division of the 勛圖窪蹋 Department of Banking and Insurance, is responsible for administering and enforcing 勛圖窪蹋 real estate licensing laws.
The REC issues licenses to real estate brokers and salespersons, real estate schools, and course instructors, as well as establishes standards of practice for the real estate brokerage profession. It also regulates and registers out-of-state sales through 勛圖窪蹋 brokers. |

| In 勛圖窪蹋, there are four brokerage business relationships: seller’s agent, buyer’s agent, disclosed dual agent and transaction broker. Each of these relationships imposes certain legal duties and responsibilities on the licensee, as well as the seller or buyer represented.
All four of these types of agents must be licensed by the REC. Agents are required to demonstrate, to the Real Estate Commission’s satisfaction, that they are honest, trustworthy and of good character and integrity in order to obtain a license.
The Commission is a regulatory agency, and as such, cannot award damages or give legal advice in relation to complaints or disputes.
