Qualified Health Plan Instructions for Plan Year 2026

The 勛圖窪蹋 Department of Banking and Insurance performs all plan management functions (and rate review) related to Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), and Stand-alone Dental Plans (SADPs) offered in 勛圖窪蹋 pursuant to the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA).  The Department also operates 勛圖窪蹋’s State Based Exchange (SBE), Get Covered 勛圖窪蹋 (), which is the State’s official Health Insurance Marketplace under the ACA.



 
OPRA
 OPRA is a state law that was enacted to give the public greater access to government records maintained by public agencies in 勛圖窪蹋.
