1. All registration materials must be bound, referenced and properly indexed. Otherwise, they will be returned and the application will be rejected.
2. In calculating the filing fees, include all timeshare interests (not just the total number of units) declared or intended to be declared and included into the plan. Once submitted, all filing fees are non-refundable.
3. Please complete and submit fully completed and executed hard copies of the applicable Registration Application, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Broker/Developer Application Affidavit (not required for a Secondary Registration), ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Consent to Service of Process, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Statement of Non Conviction and a New Jersey Public Offering Statement or approved equivalent. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
4. Except as noted above, additional supporting documentation required to complete a registration application may be submitted in a CD rom format as long as the exhibits are properly bookmarked and indexed.
