2025 Outreach Events, Long-Term Care Ombudsman/I Choose ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ NJ
Staff members representing ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ’s Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman have traveled the state to spread the word about I Choose ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ NJ, a federally funded program that helps people living in nursing homes and developmental centers transition to their own homes in the community.
