DBE and Interstate DBE firms have the option of applying with only one of the NJUCP agency partners – NJDOT, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Transit, and the Port Authority of NY/NJ. If you have already started or submitted a DBE application in the NJDOT system, DO NOT begin a new application with any of the other NJUCP partners.
