The Office of Consumer Finance regulates 16 types of businesses that provide a variety of consumer financial services.
The Office of Consumer Finance also enforces statutes and regulations that protect ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ consumers in financial services matters. Through its Consumer Services Bureau, the Office of Consumer Finance responds to consumer inquiries and investigates complaints regarding ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ state-chartered financial institutions and all licensees regulated by the Division of Banking. |
