Office of the Secretary of Higher Education³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Higher Education's Office of Research and Accountability is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing data provided by our state's colleges and universities. The principal data collection tools are the national Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's Student Unit Record (SURE) system. The information received from institutions is processed to create reports on all facets of their operations: enrollment, faculty, finances, etc. Analysis of this data is used in reports, as well as, made available to the higher education stakeholders and wider communities.
The data and analysis presented by the Office of Finance and Research is dependent on our institutional research colleagues at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's colleges and universities.
