Under the , ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's Medicinal Cannabis Program (previously the Medicinal Marijuana Program) helps registered patients under the care of licensed medicinal practitioners safely access cannabis-based medicine from regulated and monitored facilities.
The Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) was created to establish rules and regulations governing the sale and purchase of recreational cannabis, to administer ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's medicinal cannabis program, and to oversee licensing for all areas of the cannabis industry.
Medical cannabis is no longer subject to Sales Tax in ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ as of July, 1 2022.
